When we look at our hurdles, difficulties and temptations etc. without the eyes of faith the problems will overwhelm us and it will also look unbeatable. But if we look through the lenses of faith and the Holy Spirit  the problems we face will be to us almost nothing as the Lord is our Victory. 

 Romans 8 : Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 

We should never lose hope as the Israelites did when they were approaching the Promise Land. God is Faithful to His Promises. He is a Covenant Keeper. We should not doubt the Lord because He has brought us this far through thick and thin . good and bad He has been there with us. He is not going to abandon us now. He will finish what He has started. 

 Hebrews 12 :  2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.

The Israelites in the Wilderness had doubted the Leaders ( Moses and Aaron) therefore they desired different leader.

Like the Israelites we go through wilderness times of testing, temptations and personal tribulations. If we endure through our tribulations God will give us a crown James 1 : 12 Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him
