As Babes in Christ ( recently a new Christian; Born - Again ) you need to be fed the milk of the Word of God ( Bible ) which means the first principles of the Oracles of God ( Foundational ). Such teachings as who is Jesus ? Where He came from, His earthly ministry, the reason Jesus died and how He died and how He rose from the dead on the 3rd day and also the return of Jesus these are just several of the foundational subjects to be given as Babes in Christ. As you grow in maturity of Faith in Christ Jesus you will be given solids ( meat ) and you will be able to digest it in other words able to meditate on the Word and comprehend it with a renewed mind of Christ.. Solids or as the Bible says ,meat,  is given to those Christians that are able to practice discernment between good and evil.

Hebrews 5 :  12 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
1 Corinthians 3 : 2 I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able;

1 Peter 2 : 2 as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby,
